Privacy Policy

Your trust matters. Here's exactly what we collect, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.

Last updated — October 2026

01Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a call or message us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, company, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your project details.

When you browse this website we collect usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (derived from your IP address) and how you interact with pages.

02How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver our services and keep you updated about your project. Enquiries are stored in our own database and copied into our internal client-management system so our team can follow up. We send a confirmation email when you submit a form.

We use usage data to understand which pages help visitors, fix problems and improve the site, and to measure whether our own advertising works. We never sell your personal information.

03Analytics, advertising and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking (Google), Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replays, with form inputs masked) and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel. These services set cookies or similar identifiers and process usage data on our behalf.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking these cookies does not stop the site from working.

04Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service, calendar booking and the analytics and advertising tools listed above, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Because our team and providers operate in India, Australia, the USA and elsewhere, your information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

05Security and retention

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed to serve you, run our business and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and California's CCPA/CPRA, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of your data.

To make a request, email info@grww.tech. We'll confirm receipt and respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to your local data-protection regulator.
